We hope you love our products as much as we do, but we do understand that buying scented products online can be a different process from being able to inhale the beautiful scents we offer.
If you purchase a scented product and do not love that scent - you can return it for a new scent.
We will happily exchange any candle item that has not been burned or melted.
We will also replace items that are damaged or defective.
Steps for return of goods:
1. Please get in touch to let us know what you would like to exchange/return and the reason.
2. We will provide you with information on how to return the goods.
3. If a refund is required, we will process it within 7 days but please note it is up to banks as to how quickly the refund will appear in your account.
Canceling an order:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after you have placed an order. If your order has not been processed, we can cancel your order and refund the full transaction.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return costs must be covered by the customer and shipped to the address supplied in our communications. The exception to this is if the return is a result of our error, for example we sent you the wrong product. If this occurs we will pay the return shipping costs.

If you have changed your mind on a product - we ask that you cover the return costs to us.

All returns must arrive in new and resalable condition.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or returned. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
